We are now looking for an experienced
Accounting and Supply Chain Controller to join our Finance team. This is a newly defined and exciting cross-functional role with high impact across both financial operations and supply chain.
As Accounting and Supply Chain Controller in NutraQ, you will be responsible for developing and managing accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and providing operational support and insights across supply chain activities. You will play a key role in connecting finance with business operations, driving improvements, and ensuring value creation.
The role reports to the Head of Accounting and will be part of a highly collaborative and performance-driven environment. You will also work closely with our Logistics and Supply Chain teams, as well as external partners and auditors.

Your main responsibilities:
- Drive accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with group standards
- Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate closing processes
- Act as the link between Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring correct inventory accounting, product costing, and stock reconciliation
- Follow up on logistics and supply chain performance with relevant analysis and reporting
- Monitor and improve internal controls related to inventory and procurement processes
- Support audit processes and be the go-to contact for inventory and supply chain-related audit matters
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Higher degree in accounting, finance, or business administration and strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with VAT and statutory reporting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from financial controlling, accounting, or auditing – ideally with exposure within an international company
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost of goods sold, and supply chain accounting principles
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken. Scandinavian language skills are a plus
