We are searching for a professional and proactive colleague to join our Ledger department at Myre (Nordland), a key function responsible for handling our core system set-ups ensuring smooth and accurate operations across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for the NutraQ group across 14 countries.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the intersection between finance operations and systems, and who is motivated by quality assurance, process control, and automation in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Key tasks and responsibility:
The role requires quality assurance of operations with diligent control activities and reconciliations.
- Validate and control incoming customer orders, ensuring alignment with system setups and business processes
- Perform accurate and timely invoicing, including subscription- and campaign-based products
- Monitor incoming payments and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Set up and maintain system configurations for products, subscriptions, pricing, and campaigns across multiple markets
- Manage reminder and debt collection routines in line with local requirements
- Conduct reconciliations and control activities to ensure data integrity across platforms and ledgers
- Collaborate with IT, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to improve process automation and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- +3 years experience in accounting
- Technical skills and system proficiency
- Education in economics and IT is an advantage. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
- Fluent in professional English, additional Scandinavian or European languages are a plus
