Are you passionate about making a real impact in an international, fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational execution? If you’re a proactive and business-minded HR professional looking for a role where you can influence leadership, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture, we’d love to hear from you!
At LINK Mobility, we are all about connecting people and businesses through innovative mobile solutions. As a rapidly growing global company, we are looking for a Group HR Business Partner to support leaders across multiple countries, helping shape our people strategy while ensuring that HR initiatives are implemented effectively on the ground.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
This is not a role where you simply advise from the sidelines. As our Group HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, but also roll up your sleeves to get things done. You will work on leadership development, performance management, and engagement initiatives while making sure HR processes run smoothly in daily operations. You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across different regions, contributing to both strategic projects and hands-on execution.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine strategic thinking with practical problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity.

- Implement leadership development and learning programs that strengthen capabilities across the organization
- Support and drive performance management to foster a high-performing and feedback-driven culture
- Take ownership of HR processes such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational development

- Ensure alignment of HR policies and best practices across multiple regions
- Be hands-on in executing HR initiatives—translating strategic plans into concrete actions
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an international or multi-country setting.
- Strong expertise in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, balancing long-term initiatives with immediate operational needs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate across cultures and leadership levels
- A proactive, self-driven, and business-oriented approach to HR
