We are seeking an
HR & Office manager to expand our business and grow our company culture. As our HR & Office manager you will be responsible for the welfare of our people, general personnel and administration to ensure an inclusive and thoughtful company culture.
Your tasks will also include assisting managers with recruitment, organizational developments, onboarding of new staff, maintaining the personnel handbook and taking care of our office premises.
About you
We think you have relevant higher education within HR, organisational theory and/or administration. You have a solid understanding of all different aspects of HR, can support our CFO and look after both hired and permanent employees.
The team is motivated to enable clean energy in a sustainable way, and we hope that you are too.
